Everybody knows that Google rewards Pagerank points for blogs and websites that have quality incoming links from well respected websites that have high page rank scores.
The problem is that many websites and blogs nowadays have nofollow tags that block you from get any “link juice” or incoming link credit from Google.
This is why it’s critical if your forming partnerships or posting comments on blogs to build incoming link credit for Pagerank purposes that you make sure they have the nofollow tag removed (LIke NewWebTalk.com!!).
You have to be careful though because many sites that claim to be dofollow have actually switched back to nofollow.
